I dati personali che l’Utente comunicherà navigando su questo sito web (di seguito “Sito”) saranno trattati con correttezza e trasparenza per fini leciti e tutelando la sua riservatezza ed i suoi diritti nel rispetto della normativa comunitaria in materia di protezione dei dati personali (Reg. Il Titolare tratterà i dati personali da comunicati dall’Utente compilando il form che si trova nella pagina di prenotazione per gestire la prenotazione dell’utente al ristorante. I dati della carta di credito saranno gestiti unicamente per il pagamento del deposito e non verranno in alcun modo salvati.
3. Finalità del trattamento.
Le finalità del trattamento perseguite in linea generale dal Titolare possono riassumersi come segue:
a) per consentire al Titolare di dare seguito ad una prenotazione
4. Categorie dei dati personali trattati.
I dati trattati saranno quelli, descritti al punto 2, strettamente necessari per le finalità richiesta e/o autorizzata.
5. Destinatari od eventuali categorie di destinatari dei dati personali.
I dati forniti dall’Utente saranno resi accessibili a:
- dipendenti e/o collaboratori del titolare;
I dati non saranno diffusi e saranno trattati con modalità organizzative e logiche correlate agli scopi sopra specificati.
6. Trasferimento dei dati.
La gestione e la conservazione dei dati personali avverrà su server ubicati all’interno dell’UE del Titolare e/o di società terze incaricate e non verrà effettuato alcun trasferimento degli stessi al di fuori del territorio dell’Unione Europea.
7. Periodo di conservazione.
Il Titolare tratterrà i dati personali forniti per il tempo necessario per adempiere alle finalità sopra descritte ed in particolare:
– il nome il cognome la e-mail inseriti nei form presenti nell’area “Contatti”, verranno utilizzati solo per dare seguito alla prenotazione e verranno cancellati una volta terminato il servizio

Nella sua qualità di interessato, l’Utente ha i seguenti diritti:
– diritto di accedere ai propri dati personali (una volta avuta la conferma che i propri dati sono sottoposti ad un trattamento da parte del titolare);
– diritto di ottenere la rettifica e l’integrazione dei propri dati;
– diritto di ottenere la cancellazione dei propri dati;
– diritto di ottenere la limitazione del trattamento dei propri dati personali in presenza di determinate condizioni;
– diritto di ricevere i dati personali forniti al titolare in un formato strutturato e di uso comune, e di trasmetterli a diverso titolare;
– diritto di opporsi al trattamento dei dati personali qualora ricorrano motivi connessi alla sua situazione personale;
